Kimberley brings 34 years of enthusiastic experience to the table in the real estate industry, epitomizing creativity, integrity, dedication, and communication in every detail of real estate transactions. Her passion began as a New Home Sales Consultant for UDC Homes Inc. in Southern California, where she successfully sold condominiums, townhomes, and luxury single-family homes in five communities from blueprint to move in. Kimberley moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1995 to pioneer the UDC Homes Inc. footprint in Arizona. She quickly established herself as a top producer at the Scottsdale Kierland Golf Community. As she continued to rise in the industry, she broadened her creativity by earning her home-staging and decorating certifications, leading to the expansion of her own home decorating and staging company. Kimberley started selling re-sale homes in 2011, adding valuable experience to her repertoire. She loves the diverse community in the real estate industry and has a passion for helping people mold their dreams. Kimberley has been trained and inspired by some of the best partners and teams from California to Arizona and she has a deep desire to take personal care of each client. Kimberley uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Kimberley resides in Mesa with her husband, contractor, and chef, Kevin, and their dogs Kadie & Kooper. Team Sargent owns American Home Solutions AZ LLC, a family opened and operated home remodeling company. They have five grown children, four grandchildren, and one grand puppy. The Sargent's are a five-generation military family. They enjoy cooking, spending time at their cabin up in Alpine, Arizona, and building businesses together. Her hobbies include traveling, being outdoors, and bringing friends and family together for homemade meals and quality time.
