Kevin and his wife Susanne have been married 44 years. Having grown up in a military family, and having served for 20 years himself, Kevin has lived in many states and countries, including Delaware, Maine, Louisiana, Germany, Washington D.C., Arizona, Utah, Okinawa, Maryland, California, Illinois, Michigan, and Arkansas. This has made him somewhat of an expert in moving and finding new homes! Kevin's hobbies include spending time with family, yard work, sports, reading, and researching local business development.

Kevin stays heavily involved in the local community, participating as a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, several military organizations, and local clubs/groups. He is a past Commissioner on the Prescott Valley (AZ) Parks & Recreation Commission, and a former Director for the Prescott Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He earned the titles Certified Real Estate Negotiations Expert and Certified Military Residential Specialist. As a retired military veteran (USAF & U.S. Navy), Kevin is uniquely qualified to work with active duty, retired, and separated veterans for all their real estate needs.
