Prior to joining Keller Williams Sonoran Living Scottsdale, Ken was Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Pulte Group, the Valley of the Sun's largest new home builder offering a wide variety of best-selling communities with Pulte Homes, Centex and Del Webb. As VP of Strategic Marketing for Landmark Homes USA, Ken led the planning and marketing of boutique, urban lifestyle communities in downtown Scottsdale, Biltmore/Arcadia, and downtown Phoenix, designed for those seeking walkable access to shopping, dining, entertainment and employment. Born in the mid-west, Ken's employment as a new home builder led him to Tampa (2 yrs.) and then Atlanta (7 yrs.) before relocating to Scottsdale in 2001 to raise his two young children, who are now local Scottsdale business owners. Ken has personally toured and assessed thousands of new homes, resale homes, investment properties, and land parcels in the local market.
