Real estate has always been a passion of mine! I grew up eagerly listening to my grandparents tell stories about their experiences working in the industry. I studied communications & education in college, graduating Suma Cum Laude from ASU in 2010. My original plan was to be a Teacher. My mom taught middle school Spanish & headed the exchange program with Mexico for 30+ years until she retired. I've traveled to Mexico studying abroad many summers & exploring all over the country. I was a 5th generation elementary school Teacher of 4th grade general studies for 3 years full-time. I guest taught kindergarten through 8th grade for another 4 years as I transitioned to real estate, which I discovered was my true calling!

My passion for the real estate industry continued to grow as I gained experience. My husband, Bryan Canar, had also transitioned from a career in Education to become a Loan Officer, & we began working together to assist our clients in becoming home owners. Bryan is a Senior Loan Specialist at Barrett Financial, a top-rated mortgage company. He manages an outstanding bilingual team- Se habla español, Bryan's first language as a native of Ecuador. We make an amazing husband and wife team if I do say so myself. Working closely together around the clock helps ensure a seamless process from start to finish!

My primary focus is residential real estate, focusing primarily on the popular East valley of metro Phoenix including the cities of Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, & Mesa. I am also very knowledgeable about Phoenix's suburb of Ahwatukee, as I've lived & worked in that area for many years. In fact, that's where I was born and raised. I am familiar with the entire Greater Phoenix Metro area including the Northern, Western, & Southern parts of the Valley.

In my free time, I love spending time with family & friends. I am highly active & always in search of the next big adventure! I volunteer for a program called Hardts n' Horses, which helps rehabilitate and teach life skills to children in need. I also participate in feeding the homeless & bring joy to shelter animals. My husband & I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, camping, skiing, & snowboarding. I also enjoy teaching, reading, traveling, fitness & yoga. We are absolutely in awe of our 2 lovely daughters & our adorable son, ages 7, 5, & 2 who are growing so fast!
