Katannya's approach is shaped by a diverse background in psychology, Waldorf education, and small business. Before real estate, she taught in both public and private schools and ran a successful TaeKwonDo school. That blend of teaching, leadership, and lifelong learning informs her steady, client-centered style.

She also brings five years of experience in the short-term rental space through Bear Paw Comforts LLC, a business she helped build to support hospitality-focused property owners. This firsthand perspective gives her clients a deeper understanding of what it means to buy, sell, or invest in a home that serves both personal and practical needs.
