Karl Stauffer

Mr. Stauffer has been licensed and active in Real Estate in the State of Arizona since 1996. His broad range of experience in the Real Estate industry as a Residential agent, Designated Broker, Branch Manager, and a Commercial agent, brings great value to his clients. Karl excels at working with his clients to identify their Real Estate goals, and works with them to make sure that they are fulfilled. His goal is to get maximum value for his clients with a minimum amount of hassle. Mr. Stauffer was a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2005 and 2006, serving as Treasurer in 2006. He was also a Co-host of Real Estate Talk Radio, a popular, live, Phoenix radio show, from 1998-2007. Karl has been an Arizona resident since 1986. Originally from Minnesota, then after 6 years in Colorado, Karl has made Arizona his home where he is raising his 2 children, Travis (18), and Becca (16), along with his wife, Fabiana. Karl currently works for Capstone Homes Realty and is in his 21st year as a full time real estate agent.
