Kara Gray

With 25+ years of real estate experience and licensed in Arizona since 2006, I have successfully navigated the ups and downs of the Arizona real estate market for the past 20 years. My background includes working with buyers and sellers, marketing and listing Fannie Mae properties, representing local and national builders in Arizona, California, and Washington, and experience in rental properties, property management, and short-term rentals. I have also helped clients find homes in Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York. I hold a degree in Sociology from New York University. In addition, I personally own short-term rentals in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, and co-host for owners in the STR space.
