Joyce Huang

I have been passionate about real estate since my earliest years of growing up in California. I was born in Taiwan, and grew up in Los Angeles, then moved to San Francisco Bay Area in 1997. After living in California for 30+ years, I currently reside in metro Phoenix, Arizona. I enjoy spending time on outdoor activities, appreciating the beautiful weather, and meeting friendly people. I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others and found my true calling in real estate serving my clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Prior to entering real estate full time, I was a top producer in banking and financial services. Understanding what it takes to get my client into a new home, whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned real estate investor. This knowledge has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings.

With first-hand experience gained from working with clients and business owners on home and business financing, I have insight into the processes and potential challenges one may encounter in a real estate transaction. I feel incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become my friends and a strong part of my network.
