Joshua Rodriguez

Joshua Rodriguez is one of Arizona's youngest real estate consultants whose innovative thinking helps usher in a new generation to real estate. Joshua was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where he has experienced firsthand the state's dramatic changes in both economic structure and social strata, as it has welcomed investors as well as homeowners to the Valley of the Sun.

Joshua is the son of frequent local radio personality, entertainer, and one of Arizona's top residential real estate producers for over 20 years, Mr. Roberto Rodriguez. At the age of 16, Josh (as his friends call him) was doing English-Spanish translation for the entire real estate office, performing research, filling and filing forms, assisting with loan documents, and helping his father with many of the other tasks involved in managing a successful business operation.

Joshua became graduated from Grand Canyon University (GCU) in December of 2016 with a major study emphasis in the Colangelo College of Business. At GCU, he obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management with a minor in Finance and Economics and is currently pursuing a Master's in Real Estate Development at the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU. Since obtaining his real estate license, Joshua immersed himself in the real estate industry, often asking and receiving not only his Father's advice, but the advice of many industry greats, as well as that of his college professors.

Joshua has extensive exposure to and experience in management, insurance, lending, development, residential and now commercial real estate, with a multi-cultural perspective. His vision now consists of completing his degree program, while accelerating assisting buyers, sellers, and tenants with their real estate needs. Joshua's focus will always be to create value and to exceed in meeting the standard of high customer satisfaction.
