Joseph Julian

Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona has instilled in me a deep appreciation for all the natural beauty and vibrant culture this city has to offer. From the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon and Sedona to the bustling metropolis, there's always something exciting happening in Phoenix.

I graduated in 2021 Summa Cum Laude in just two years from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business --Go Sun Devils!--, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Real Estate. I am now currently a student at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing my Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology. This additional education allows me to bring an even more comprehensive approach to my clients as a realtor by leveraging the latest technology and data analysis tools to give them an edge in the constantly evolving real estate market.

I established my own Real Estate LLC in February of 2020 and have since been actively engaged in the renovation of my first residential property. I take pride in being hands-on in all aspects of the business, from finances and logistics to completing the renovations myself.

When I'm not working, I enjoy staying active and can often be found running around the city or working out at the gym. I have also taken part in numerous running events throughout Phoenix and hope to someday participate in the Boston Marathon. Health and wellness are a top priority for me.

I am also a proud pet parent to my amazing dog, Midnight, a pug/poodle/miniature pincher mix, who we refer to as the "little princess".

With my passions for economics, real estate, and personal well-being in mind, I strive to use them for the betterment of society. Whether it's through providing financial advice to friends and family, or working towards developing more affordable housing, my ultimate goal is to create economic prosperity for all.
