I grew up as a Military Brat traveling from the Bay Area, to Hawaii, San Diego, Bremerton WA, Coeur d'Alene, Lake Havasu & to Mesa AZ. As a kid who moved a lot, it became imperative to adapt to new situations, new friendships, new schools, new cities & adventures. In essence, like other military kids, I became a chameleon. I started my Realtor career in 1990 while I was building swimming pools. I sold my pool plumbing, pool excavation & gas line business in September 2005 to become a full time Realtor. Since that time, I have worked through the worst of the worst & best of the best Real Estate markets. My time as a contractor has given me an edge giving me real life experience in building, soil conditions, and operating a successful thriving business. As the primary breadwinner of my family, my dedication to helping you is a given. Without you, my word of mouth referral business wouldn't be where it's at today. When the business side of our relationship is over, the real fun begins. When you're not just a friend of the business. The real reward is we're now friends. Trust as always, is the name of the game.
