Joe Sosky

Joe began his real estate career in 2002 in the state of Washington, where he held a managing broker's license, and is now licensed in Arizona. Joe specializes in brokering investment properties for buyers and sellers. Properties include single residences, plexes & apartments, as well as commercial properties; retail, office, industrial, and land. For investors, Joe can assist in calculating the net operating income of a property, be a resource for finding lenders specializing in particular niche properties, and work within the 1031 exchange requirements. Before working in real estate, Joe completed a career in education as a teacher, coach, and principal. Joe's most recent tenure in education was as a principal of an American international school in Shanghai, China. Civic-minded, Joe was the President of the Camas/Washougal Rotary in 2006-2007 and has installed several designated parking spots for Purple Heart recipients.
