Joanna Conde

I started Conde Appraisal Associates in 1988 and was in the first class of Certified Residential Appraisers when licensing came in in 1991. In 2016 I added my real estate license and became a REALTOR(R) and now am able to see homes from many different angles. I had an appraisal school and taught many classes, including USPAP, and held many appraisal conferences until Covid. My area of specialty has always been the senior 55+ communities of Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand where my appraisals have predominantly been for estates and trusts, where my listings have been most often for people settling an estate or moving out of the areal, and my buyers have been looking for homes with community amenities and who want an experience person walking them through the process.
