I have been fortunate to have had a successful real estate career. Over 20 years! It has been a fabulous journey. The key to my success isn't rocket science... the secret sauce is a passion to help my clients... and then working hard and smart, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

I started out my real estate career in mortgage lending in 1997 in Idaho Falls, ID and opened my own successful mortgage brokerage by age 26, and then a Property Management Company and 2nd Mortgage branch by age 28. In 2002 I obtained my Realtors license which became my main full-time focus by 2008. In 2015 I was the #1 Realtor for transactions closed within my WA mls by specializing in new home construction and helping several builders double their sales volume. SO fun! 2020 I was asked by an old mortgage competitor in Idaho Falls to be the Operations Manager of his new mortgage company there and get his company up and running. Loved being back in my old stomping grounds of Idaho Falls and getting back into the lending world again. LOTS of hard work and 80 hour weeks but I loved it. I was able to work there every other week flying back and forth while keeping my Realtor license and doing Real Estate in AZ.... Best of both worlds!
