I'm Jessica Shrake a full time professional realtor, and broker. I have moved 18 times as an adult, including moving between 5 states and a move across the ocean to Hawaii!

I've been on your side of the computer, researching towns and communities from the other side of the country.... trying to make a good decision on where to move and relying on reviews and photos.

The Phoenix metro area is *large*, and its hard to understand all of it. Some of my favorite neighborhoods I didn't know about even though I'd lived here for over 15 years! That's why I created this website. To really give you a REAL idea of what is available.

I've got a background in construction, and I also invest in real estate flips. All of this brings me a great background to help folks like you find the place they want to live, and the perfect house to call home.

I'm married to the love of my life, Mike. We love traveling and have a passion for enjoying good wine - we even make it. Weekend escapes to Munds Park, enjoying our 5 children (mostly grown now!) and real estate flipping and investing all contribute our version of a well lived life!
