After 29 years in the insurance industry and the last 22 with a Fortune 500 company in that industry, I retired early as an officer overseeing the underwriting, claims, marketing of one of the regional operations. After retirement, I was unsure if I wanted to begin another career until my son Daniel showed an interest in changing careers and felt like real estate was a good fit. He was a General Manager in the restaurant industry, so he is not afraid of hard work and the long hours it may take to assist real estate clients. Daniel and I discussed the idea with my wife Diana, and 10 days later we started working toward our license. Diana had a successful career before retiring early as well from her Vice Principal career in education. Each member of the Wallace Group has demonstrated high standards and a great work ethic.
