Jennifer Uhlmann

Prior to real estate, I worked as a French and Latin teacher and then became a school administrator. I was motivated to get into real estate due to several events in my life which showed me how impactful it could be- while getting divorced in 2008, I lost my home to foreclosure as I struggled to raise my three daughters as a single mom on a teacher's salary. The realtor who helped me through the process, while never making a dime, listened to me, put my needs above his own, and showed compassion when I was literally losing the roof over our heads. I have never forgotten this, and because of this, I see my role in real estate as a person who can help people who have a million other things on their plates. I work with clients of all backgrounds, income levels and experience in buying homes- from first time home buyers to skilled investors.
