Being a true Tucson native, I understand why so many people come to love the area and eventually settle here. The weather, local activities, and the scenery are just a few of the reasons I've decided to stay in Tucson!

I don't really consider myself a salesperson. My goal is to understand what you are looking for, carefully search through the available inventory, and ultimately guide you through the process of buying or selling a home. I'm not pushy- it can take you two days or two months (maybe more!) to find your prefect home, and that's OK. For most people, this is a huge life decision and milestone, so it's only natural to take time to make the right decision. For others who know what they are looking for, and are not new to the real-estate market, effective communication and a professional knowledge of the real-estate process becomes critical.

If you're on the selling side, once you've committed to selling your home, you (typically) want to get it sold as quickly as possible (and at the highest value...of course!). My current track record may help provide you with an indicator of my abilities to help you which most of my listings receiving an offer within the first two weeks (several on the first day!) on the market (more recently, the longest it took to receive an offer was 35 days--still below the Tucson average of 55 days!). I believe it begins with pricing the house correctly-the first time. I also provide professional listing photos for all of my clients among other marketing strategies.

I encourage you to take a moment to consider the reviews from past clients. Most have the same general feeling- I'm honest, caring, and hard-working. Word of mouth "speaks" for itself! A lot of times my clients become friends and I'm always honored when friends trust me enough to become clients.

A few other things about me...I have a bachelors degree in Aeronautical Management Technology and a Master of Aeronautical Science. I've been a pilot since 2008 and a Certified Flight Instructor since 2013. I get the privilege of enjoying Tucson and the surrounding area from the air-the view is spectacular! I also volunteer with the Tucson Chapter of the Ninety-Nines, an International Organization of Women Pilots.

I'm also committed to helping my clients and my community go "green". So much so that I earned my GREEN Designation. I would love to help you learn more about finding a "resource-efficient" home or adopting practices and techniques to help retrofit your existing home.
