Hello, my name is Jim Horn. I have been a full time real estate investor for over 7 years now and have completed over 150 personal transactions across 20 different states. I have a wide experience base from wholesale real estate all the way to retail real estate sales and everything in between. I have worked in many different markets across the U.S. and have been involved in many different types of transactions in the residential real estate space such as flips, wholesale transactions, retail sales, rentals, property management, construction/rehabbing and I specialize in creative finance and creative deal structuring. I have experience with on and off market transactions with investors, sellers, and buyers and am confident in my ability to bring value to everyone I work with.
