Jacqueline Weems

Jacque Weems has specialized in luxury estates, waterfront properties, view homes, and golf communities throughout Sedona and the Verde Valley since 1996. Her long-standing market knowledge and strategic approach have made her a trusted advisor to discerning buyers and sellers in Northern Arizona.

Jacque has been recognized by Pioneer Title with its Top 20 Award in 15 of the past 20 years, reflecting consistent excellence and performance. She holds a teaching certificate approved by the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and has taught real estate-specific courses at Yavapai College and through the Sedona/Verde Valley Association of REALTORS®, educating more than 500 students.

For twelve years, Jacque served as an appointed Ombudsman for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, helping to resolve disputes between consumers and Realtors, which helped those parties avoid costly and time-consuming mediation, arbitration, or litigation. In 2009, she earned the prestigious Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®) designation through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI)the industry's most comprehensive negotiation certificationunderscoring her expertise in complex, high-stakes transactions.

Jacque is also one of the original members of Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals, a collaborative group founded in 2004 that brings together Sedona's top luxury specialists across multiple firms.

In 2024, Jacque began working in close partnership with Rainey Highley, frequently collaborating on luxury listings and representing high-net-worth buyers. Together, they intentionally work with a limited number of clients at a time, allowing for highly personalized service and thoughtful guidance. As they conclude 2025, they rank among the top teams in Sedona luxury home sales.
