Israel Vargas

I am a Tucson native and a dedicated Realtor with a genuine love for the desert and southern Arizona. With close to a decade in real estate and 20 years sales experience there is very little that I have not seen. Providing an exceptional experience is my top priority. As not every transaction is the same, neither is every client. Education and communication are imperative throughout the home buying and selling process. It is our job to answer, or find the source of the answer, to ALL of your questions, provide feedback (good, bad, or ugly), and ultimately Sherpa clients through this complicated process. Closing on someone's dream home or helping them transition to the next phase of life brings me absolute joy. I love what I do!

When not helping clients with their real estate needs I enjoy spending time with my wife, 2 kids, and my dogs. Coaching and athletics take up a majority of my free time. (Those with kids in sports know). I have coached youth football for Oro Valley Dolphins and Under the Lights flag football for the past three years. Being around my boys, watching them improve, and just being a part of their success is one of the most rewarding experiences. My wife, Kim, is my biggest supporter. The cornerstone of our family, she insures I stay grounded, supports us all in whatever way we need it, volunteers as team mom, and is our kid's biggest fan. No matter what the endeavor, she pushes us to be the best we can while staying true to who we are. I also volunteer at our local realtor association helping me stay apprised to the most recent changes in our industry as well effect a positive impact on my fellow agents. It is important to me to help uphold the ethics and standards as to how every Realtor should conduct themselves, especially in today's world. Dog parks, weightlifting, trips in and out of Arizona, dancing lessons, music, movies and hiking, are a few of my other interests. I also love to try new things. I will always put 100% into what I do. I believe that effort and humility help me to learn and succeed. I will always take my profession seriously, but will never take myself too seriously!
