Hweijwan Lade

Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, I grew up helping my parents managing our family business in rental properties. I learned practical knowledge of providing a shelter to people who began as tenants and eventually saved enough money to become property owners. I believe that by helping people find a place to call their own home is rewarding not only in the monetary terms but also an earned priceless lifetime friendship. I met my American husband while he studied Chinese in Taiwan and moved to the States in 1981. We raised 3 wonderful children who enjoy the life and career they choose. I have held a realtor license in the State of Indiana 1994-1996. I also worked as a quality control inspector for 27 years for Hill-Rom Co., the leading manufacturer of hospital beds in the healthcare industry. I was fortunate to improve an associate degree in Garment Engineer from Taiwan to a bachelor degree in Supervision from Purdue University under Hill-Roms scholarship program. In 2017, I embraced the opportunity to become a licensed realtor in the State of Arizona. Now, I can honestly say that I have a job I have always wished for. I have worked with many realtors in buying and selling our own properties. I know what a real estate professional entails: someone who always speaks the truth, delivers the promise, and follows the Golden Rule - Do to others what you want them to do to you. And thats what I would like to be.
