I have been licensed since 1973 and obtained my Brokers license in 1977. I am a 55 year resident of Sedona and my main area of work is in the Verde Valley. I do some sales and listings in the Phoenix area and have over the years joined ARMLS: I am am member and a past president of the Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals: I was on the Verde Valley Board and served on the Committee when we organized the original MLS in the Sedona Verde Valley. I opened my own Brokerage in 1977 and have had as many as 28 agents. I formed a partnership with Linda Sauer and we approached the Dept. of Real Estate with a novel idea...Having a Brokers Only office, with each Broker being their own company, all under one roof...We formed the franchise of Sedona Brokers and had one of the most cohesive group of independent brokers, all working in same office, one secretary: It was a wonderful experience.
