My name is Gina Soto, I am a licensed real estate agent & property investor. I am a native Phoenician and absolutely love the State of Arizona! My job career began in medical billing where I worked for18+ years. Thereafter, I ventured out of my comfort zone and became self-employed as a licensed aesthetician. I then became co-owner/operator of a restaurant for over 5 years. I have been happily married for over 30 years, raised 2 beautiful children and I am a grandmother of 4 precious grandchildren. After raising children and multiple job careers, I really did not know what kind of job career I wanted or what I had a passion for, other than my family. I finally found my passion!, not for a career but a passion for people. Once I made this realization, I started my new "passionate" career in 2014, with love and support of my husband and my grown children. This path has led me to self-fulfillment in assisting many home buyers with achieving their dream of home ownership. Furthermore, if a client needs assistance with other aspects of real estate for example; leasing or investment opportunities, I strive to work relentlessly to provide them with the support they need to accomplish their goals. A huge part of being successful is having good communication with all parties. I make every effort to keep my clients informed in all facets of their transaction. I believe in honesty, loyalty and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Relationships are everything to me, I recall someone dear to me once said, "It's all about you!". I strive to make sure all my clients feel that same sentiment. My career has presented me with meeting wonderful people, who have also become life-long friends. I have also received accolades as one of the top ten producing realtors along with a certificate as a multimillion-dollar producer. My goal is to continue building long-lasting relationships with clients and providing them with expert assistance in accomplishing one of the most important investments of their lives.
