Gale Totten

I started my career in Southern California, working for my uncle's construction company. I had the opportunity to purchase his company, and in doing so, I got a contract to build a hotel in the Phoenix West Valley. I immediately fell in love with Arizona. Its open spaces, blue skies, plush green deserts, lakes, and rivers are the only areas that one could dream of. I moved to Arizona in 1980 and started my real estate career with our construction company, T's Construction and Development Inc. Our clients like the fact that we can work with residential and commercial properties as a licensed residential and commercial contractor. Our team fully understands and protects our client's interests, be they investors, homebuyers, or commercial buyers. Having 43 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries, buying, building, and selling our projects, we can protect, guide, and help our clients succeed.
