Hello! In 1993 I began a long career as an investment consultant, eventually becoming a specialist in asset allocation and retirement planning by 2001. I learned early on how powerful real estate can be to one's life as I watched how the assets my clients owned in real estate typically out-paced all of their other investment vehicles. By 2005, I had owned and operated many different types of real estate assets including apartment complexes, fix and flips, designing and building luxury homes and more . I decided to leave the world of investment consulting to concentrate on my favorite asset class...real estate. Once licensed, I subsequently co-owned two separate distressed property companies that helped over 1500 homeowners across the southwest during the Great Recession. Now that our market has once again stabilized I'm able to do what I love the most which is focus on traditional purchases and sales for my clients. As a broker, I have managed many agents over the years and gained quite a lot of experience because of the many complex situations that would arise.
