In addition, I believe each of us has a responsibility to give back to the industry and to leave a mark in a positive manner in all of our interactions to improve the business. My business approach is very simple in working with my clients (Hundreds of transactions personally and Thousands as reviewing Broker of record) or with other professionals inside of our industry - is to treat people with respect and follow through on commitments and treat folks like I would want to be treated. "Say what you will do and do what you say!" - makes things simpler. Over 45 plus years of business experience corporate and real estate.  Past Board member at WeServ - and helped to form the new Wemar and SouthEast Valley Regional Assn. of REALTORS merged Association with a history of service at Local, National and State Association of REALTOR'S levels. Founder SEVRAR Leadership program and Tempe Leadership class VIII graduate.  Currently FPC (Federal Policy Coordinator for AAR/NAR) for Senator Sinema and for Congresswoman Sinema and have served in the past for others - one of 535 REALTORS' out of 1.5 million members that is assigned to each District and Senator throughout the U.S. Will join NAR RPAC Hall of Fame this year for contributions to advance our housing and legislative agendas.  Past Member - longtime Legislative committee member, member Business and Technology Comm. and Chaired Legislative and Policy affairs at AAR in 2021  Past RVP Region 4 for AAR  Past-President at SEVRAR(now WeSERV) and Board member & REALTOR OF THE YEAR -1999 and chaired many different committees as well as serving on committees over my 30+ years of membership.  Chaired and founded SEVRAR Leadership program with 180 plus graduates over the past 14 years  Past-President at ARMLS and past Board member, over 18 years of volunteerism in this venue serving all REALTORS in the Phoenix area.  Currently Serving on the Business Issues Committee at NAR for 2021-2023  Recognized & Awarded the 2019 SEVRAR Legacy Award and WESERV Leadership Award in 2021 for my accomplishments in serving members over many years.  Business Experience o Now affiliated with WestUSA Realty in Chandler, AZ. since Mar. 2023. After several years as DB - Partner and owner of Realty Executives East Valley, we reached the end of our franchise agreement with Realty Executives Intl. and after managing folks for over 40 years it was time for the next phase in my career to continue to share knowledge and insight but without the day to day responsibilities that go with owning an office. I look forward continuing a focus on my clients and serving our industry into the future. Working to mentor other agents at WestUSA. o Realty Executives East Valley - Owner/Partner - Designated Broker - background in management and sales experience since 1990 in the Valley with major companies including United Brokers Group, Realty Executives, Coldwell Banker, Prudential and Century 21. Mentored and coached hundreds of agents. o Mediation and Professional Standards experience o Prior Corporate experience for over 15 years with GTE and Siemen's Corporation at a Director level with Budget responsibility in excess of $6M expense side and product planning for over $80M in annual sales. o Managed internal system replacement effort for GTE Automatic Electric with a project scope of over 100 man-years of effort delivered on -time and under budget with annual cost savings on $1,000,000 annually. o Mentor and assist my agents in growing their business as well as nurturing a client list over the past many years!

President for Optimist Park NW o Fund-raising for Tempe Marcos de Niza Band program  Family - my wife and partner Pat is a retired Nurse Practitioner with Comprehensive Women's Health in Gilbert; AZ and we have three sons, Mike and Eryn and 3 grandchildren, Tim and Sarah and two grandchildren, and my 3rd son Matt.
