Diane Simpson

Originally from Southern California, Diane and her family moved to Arizona in 2005, settling into the beautiful new community of Verrado. She fell in love with the small town charm of Verrado so telling the lifestyle story to potential buyers comes from first-­-hand knowledge. Diane offers more than a drive through the beautiful neighborhoods; she talks about events, porch parties, friendships, amenities and more. As a Verrado Realty Sales Associate, Diane has knowledge regarding all available inventory including new-­-builds, resale homes, custom homes and home sites. Diane is very experienced on the Listing side of Real Estate as well. Not only an expert in Verrado, she also represents both buyers and sellers in the entire West Valley of Phoenix. In addition, Diane has expansive experience in the industry. When the majority of the market was short sales and bank owed homes Diane successfully negotiated numerous transactions. She strategized and advised investors during this time, who she now continues to represent as landlords. When Diane isn't putting you and your family in the home you've been dreaming about, she loves to spend time with her family. Diane also takes full advantage of the Verrado lifestyle by going on walks to one of the many beautiful parks in the community with her Australian Shepherd, Sadie.
