Desiree Palmer

Desiree started her commercial real estate career based in Huntsville, AL in 2015 where she specialized in multifamily, SFR and self storage throughout Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. As part of a team Desiree successfully closed over $30M in multifamily transactions in 2018 primarily in the area of workforce housing. Prior to commercial real estate, Desiree worked as an associate in the Moscow office of British law firm Clifford Chance as a member of their banking and finance team. Her work in Moscow included the financing of the Class A mixed use shopping, office and entertainment center, Metropolis. Desiree has additional international experience in the field of legal finance in Frankfurt, London and Copenhagen.
