Denise Dunning-Ricketts

A self-starter and a successful career long businesswoman, Denise balances her experience with innovation, and unequivocally works hard for her clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Moving to the Arcadia area of Phoenix at age eleven, Denise has witnessed the development and growth of the Valley, giving her unusual perspective and in-depth knowledge of many areas of the greater NE and East Valley.

Denise's successful career highlights being a former western horse youth champion, her ownership of a renowned French restaurant, and formerly on the Board of Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center and President of Fountain Hills' ADOG, both local non-profits caring for the welfare of dogs and native wildlife. Denise is also proudly a Four Peaks Rotarian

Denise oversees the details of each transaction, with emphasis on integrity, customer service, communication, negotiation expertise, and market knowledge. Born in Chicago, raised in Scottsdale, and graduated from Harvard University, Denise has also called home to San Diego, as well as Cambridge and Lexington, MA.
