Designated Broker and Owner of Shields Regal Realty Debbie also teaches Real Estate Renewal classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and became a Distinguished Real Estate Instructor in 2022. Debbie was elected and served as the 2016 President of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors' over 9,000 members. Debbie also accepted the appointment as the 2019 Vice-Chair of the National Professional Standards Forum and was appointed Chair of the National Association of Realtors' Professional Standards in 2020.
