As a Phoenix resident for more than 15 years, she has expert knowledge of the local area and the current market trends. She places her clients in the best possible position for negotiations as her client's best interests are always her number one priority. As a Real Estate Investor and owning several rentals, Dawn identifies the value in properties that others may miss. Dawn was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. In 2000, she graduated with a Marketing degree from Boise State University and immediately entered the workforce. When she is not busy tending to the real estate needs of her clients, she can be found volunteering at her daughter's school, playing tennis, traveling the world with her family, and contributing to various community organizations.
