David Specht lives with his family in Chandler, Arizona. David has 20 years of experience corporate recruiting, training, contract negotiation, and talent management. David is also the owner of ImprovMANIA Comedy Club in Downtown Chandler and the Vice President of Chandler Youth Theatre, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
