I'm a realtor with many hats. I've been in real estate since 2005. 6 months after getting licensed in CA, I became a REO/Short Sale specialist working for several different banks which taught me a lot about people and real estate. I was in charge of evictions, renovations, cash for keys, trash outs, negotiating with banks on my client's behalf regardless of you being the seller or the buyer, I did both sides. Then of course listing all bank owned properties in Southwest Riverside County. Did a lot of BPO's (broker price opinion) for banks, which is basically appraisals without the title of an appraiser. Then decided with all the knowledge I had learned, I wanted to work for buyers and sellers, first time buyers, second home buyers, relocation buyers, and military families and become a listing agent for sellers. I became the number 1 producer in my office for the first 12 years I was licensed. Then with the market shifting, I was always top 3. I'm loyal, knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, I'm organized and quite assertive. I fight for clients and strive to make the experience of buying or selling painless and stress free.
