Dana Avellar

Dana is a client-focused, collaborative, creative problem-solver. With a 10-year history as a global project manager and consultant, and over 19 years in the real estate and construction industry, delivering results and exceeding expectations are standard practice. With her commitment to serve the best interests and strategic goals of her clients and stakeholders, she delivers with every deal she closes.

Dana currently serves as a full-time Associate Broker for residential and commercial properties through DPR Commercial Realty LLC (since 2003), and is a Special Real Estate Commissioner for Maricopa County Judicial Branch. She is also a passionate advocate for sustainability, GREEN initiatives, community and rural development and is active with many local community organizations in promoting these initiatives.

When Dana isn't selling real estate, she enjoys time with her family while kayaking, gardening and hiking the beautiful Arizona and southwest trails. She is works with community service organizations including The Junior League of Phoenix and the Junior of Phoenix Foundation.
