Cynthia Rouse

Hello, my name is Cindy Rouse. I am recently a full time resident of Mesa after having moved from Greeley, Colorado where I owned and operated Rouse Realty since 2002. With that said, however, I have been traveling to our home in Sunland Village East in Mesa for the past 20+ years. I am married to Randy Rouse who is also a full time resident and a retired home builder with over 40 years experience.

Randy and I have six children and thirteen grandchildren who we love spending our time with especially watching our grandkids participate in their sports of choice. We enjoy camping (recently motorhoming), fishing, and hiking. Outside of family time, Randy enjoys golf and tennis, while I enjoy walking, reading, and quilting. I hope to become better at my golf game, maybe take up some tennis and/or pickleball, and explore other activities in our community.

I made the decision this past year to pass the baton to my son and his wife to take over my real estate company in Colorado and join American Realty Brokers in Arizona. I have over 21 years of experience in selling residential property as well as farm/ranch, vacant land, and commercial properties. I specialized in the first time homebuyer market, foreclosures and short sales, and have a vast knowledge of new construction as that is how my husband and I started our real estate company nearly 20 years ago.

I thoroughly enjoy getting to meet and know people. I am a firm believer that we can never have enough friends and acquaintenances.
