Courtney Glaus

Born and raised in northern California, I came to Arizona for college and never left after falling in love with the desert. I am a graduate of The University of Arizona, where I received a BS in Family Studies and Human Development. After graduation, I moved to Scottsdale where I furthered my education and received my Associates in Paralegal Studies along with a Certified Paralegal certificate. After 7 years as a Paralegal, I took some time off and catered to the needs of my family. I became a Real Estate Agent because I truly enjoy helping people, building trusting relationships and have a passion for Real Estate.

My professional background provides me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, contract writing and when educating home-buyers and sellers. Over the years, I have lived in Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Surprise. I am no stranger to the Valley and know the wide range it has to offer. As a Surprise resident since 2013, I thoroughly enjoy the benefits of the city and the surrounding cities with my husband and our four children. I love the sounds of a great music playlist while spending time by the pool with my family, a good happy hour with friends and neighborhood walks with my family.

As your Real Estate Agent, I am able to provide a variety of services from rentals to buying or selling a home in the Phoenix area. Enthusiasm, hard work, communication and personalized service go into everything I do. Realizing that each and every client has an individual and specific need, I recognize these needs and follow-up both before and after the deal has occurred. My attention to detail and my organizational skills enable me to act as a strong advocate for my clients to accomplish their goals.
