Other than his full-time real estate career, Colt ran one of the largest residential and commercial painting companies in Tucson, as well as being a Project Manager for a Commercial HVAC company and was the Sales Lead for a Plumbing company. On top of all that, Colt currently has a handyman business that he uses to assist clients with things around their home after they close. Because of this it gives him a unique understanding and skill set that most Agents do not have.
