Where I work...... I began my real estate career over 50 years ago in the Midwest. I currently specialize in retirement and family residential properties in the far Northwest communities of Phoenix, including, but not limited to, Sun City Grand, Sun City West, Sun City and Surprise. My background.... My educational background includes a BS in Education, an AD in Nursing (RN) and Real Estate licensure beginning in 1973 in Illinois, and currently a Broker's license in Arizona. I am e-Pro certified (electronic professional), to enhance my service to my clientele. I am also a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), to better negotiate the best possible outcome for my clients. I attained my certification as an Internet Marketing Specialist (IMS) for Windermere, and my Real Estate Webographer Certification (REW). I am a former Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).
