After a successful eight-year career in business development, Paul Bay made the transition into Multifamily brokerage and joined the David Gebing team in 2017 - one of the most prolific apartment brokerage teams in the nation. Prior to this transition, Paul obtained a Master's of Arts in Human Behavior and a Master's in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. A seasoned negotiator and business management professional, Paul brings a unique skill set and high level of energy to the David Gebing team.

Paul is actively leveraging the resources of Marcus & Millichap, his highly-regarded team, and personal skill set to provide institutional-level apartment broker services for the active private capital multifamily investor community in the greater Phoenix area.
