Hello, I'm Christine Noel with the Noel Home Group! My husband and I work as a team and live in Gilbert, AZ. We service all of Maricopa and Pinal Counties. We relocated in 2020 to Arizona from Washington State. I have been in residential real estate for 20 years working in Title & Escrow. I have closed over 35,000 transactions in my title and escrow career, and I am very knowledgeable in the closing process from opening and review title reports, legal descriptions, liens & encumbrances on title to every aspect of a real estate transaction from start to finish. I have a mortgage license as well and have a strong lending background, which in many cases is key to helping with financing solutions for borrowers. In addition, I have a degree in Construction Management and the first part of my career, I worked as a facilities Manager and building operations for several multi-million-dollar companies handling leasing, space planning, design, construction management and general operations. I feel my commercial experience adds tremendous value to my clients when helping them inspect properties. as well.

After all these years of being an interictal service provider, I am so happy to be in the role as a Realtor. I love working with clients directly and leaning about them, their needs and helping them find the perfect home that fits their desired lifestyle! I love staging and interior design.
