Cheryl Ledford

Cheryl and her husband, Dan, have been Tucson residents for more than 36 years. They relocated from the Tampa Bay area compliments of the USAF. After Dan's retirement at Davis-Monthan, they decided to make Tucson their forever home. Cheryl and Dan have two daughters and five grandchildren, all residing in Tucson and the surrounding communities.

Cheryl has been a full-time Realtor® for more than 26 years, working with both Buyers and Sellers. She enjoys marketing property for sellers, working with first-time homebuyers, assisting with military relocation, working with seasoned investors, and negotiating Short Sales for sellers in distress. She is a team player and loves to see others around her succeed in their business.

Cheryl is detail-oriented, organized, and steadfast in all tasks. Her business is built on a commitment to lifelong service. Ninety-eight percent of her business is made of past clients and referrals from family, friends, and satisfied clients.
