Charlotte Chang

Charlotte Chang is a real estate sales and marketing professional with extensive business experience, creative marketing flair, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Charlotte combines these skills with her deep understanding of both American and Asian culture, language, and real estate business practices to offer a unique skillset in US real estate.

Charlotte additionally brings a broad set of business experiences to eXp Realty. From starting and running a wireless video technology business as CEO for over 12 years; to making private investments in real estate; to managing rental properties; to staging properties for sale; to remodeling homes; to managing renovations Charlotte has a wealth of varied business experience.

Of course Charlotte also has great life experiences including being a home owner; raising a family of 5 children; leading the Central Coast Chinese Cultural Association as President; sponsoring local art festivals; raising money for women's shelters; teaching children's Chinese language and culture classes; and even being a guest lecturer for Cal Poly's MBA program.

Being a first-generation immigrant, Charlotte bridges American and Asian cultures, providing language, business, and cultural interpretation to her clients and partners. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals by providing understanding, communication, trust and confidence. Charlotte is also a certified Earth Advantage Broker on smart homes and a certified ADU specialist.

Charlotte speaks fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English. She lives in West Valley of Phoenix Arizona with her husband, Bob and her Schnauzers Stuey and Holly. She is also a pet portrait artist.
