I'm an Arizona native and had my real estate license since 2007. I created the ProAdvantage Listing System to better help home owners sell their home for the most money possible, in the shortest time possible. Presentation - Once we prepare the home for sale I will do my part in getting it in front of as many potential buyers as possible. I take marketing seriously. I LOVE marketing and I INVEST in the sale of your home. I pay for professional photo's and high quality marketing materials. Trust me it makes a difference. 93% of all home buyers start their search online, and they are using the photo's I use to determine what houses to put on their list. Price - I will run hyper-local comps and show you what the current activity in your neighborhood is saying about the price of your house. I have found with experience that my clients are much happier when they sell their home quickly. I would be happy to have a very detailed conversation about the true value of your home. I also worked at the local MLS for 3 years as a data analyst so I have a unique perspective on analyzing home sales data. Negotiating the contract can be the single most important aspect of your real estate transaction.
