Chad has lived in the Sedona area for over 35 years and has been a Sedona realtor for almost 20 years. He is an active local investor. Aside from his family, his passion is shared between investing and helping his clients build powerful real estate portfolios.

He specializes in luxury real estate, STR's and other investment properties.

His love for the red rocks, clean air and water, and outdoor activities keeps Chad engaged. When he is not with clients, investigating properties, or providing investment/rental assessments, you can usually find him mountain biking, hiking, swimming, camping, fishing or wildcrafting with his wife and 2 sons, Marie, Theron and Asher.
