Experience is key when negotiating transactions, and knowledge is even more powerful when organizing and executing contracts. Cassandra has demonstrated these qualities in real estate since 2006 (a 15-year span) beginning with single family new home construction (and Sales), then venturing into residential land development (selling land for single family homesites). The recession of 2008 brought new opportunity to acquire rental properties and conduct business as a landlord. With the acquisition of an apartment building (and boosting the value with increasing rents) new horizons revealed opportunity to purchase a commercial NNN property. Her span of knowledge is immense.

Cassandra has been fortunate enough to obtain her real estate license in Texas, California and Arizona. This expands her knowledge to help clients make the transition from these states.
