Carolyn Salberg

I moved from Maryland to Flagstaff Arizona for college in 1993, after finishing college at Norther Arizona University I worked in the Architecture field for almost 10 years before deciding to change careers and work in Real Estate. Since 2007 she has worked with clients to purchase and sell homes throughout Arizona. Her intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods, community and local Real Estate servicing companies allows her to assist and guide her clients through a successful sale or purchase. She also works closely with Commercial investors on acquisition, disposition and leasing. Her specific areas of expertise include financial analysis and structuring, transaction management and market analysis on retail, industrial and office use. Carolyn is a CCIM Candidate
