In November of 2024, Cara became the Designated Broker for Designated PRO Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona, continuing her pursuit of providing elevated Buyer and Seller experiences through clear and consistent communication, strategic price and marketing methods, and valuable partner relationships that allow for a seamless transaction.

Previously, Cara was a vested partner with Keller Williams Arizona Realty for 27 years. Cara was also previously active in California from 2004-2008 at the Keller Williams in Beverly Hills where she specialized in the relocation of California homeowners to Arizona and vice versa.

Cara holds a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) designation which equips her to be a strong negotiator on your behalf. Less than 1% of all agents Nationwide possess this crucial expertise. Cara has been certified as an eAgent, demonstrating mastery of eAgentC technology tools, which improves the manner in which she searches for properties, utilizes Internet resources and conveys information to you through the use of the Internet and other technological means.

Personally, Cara went through a name change due to marriage in 2009. As many have known her for years as Cara Breese, she is now Cara Lonsdale. From a business perspective, Cara became Cara Lonsdale, PLLC in 2011.

Family is paramount Cara's life. Along with her husband, Brady, she is parent to a daughter, Taylor, and 3 sons; Jaxon, Tucker, and Oliver. They are the driving force behind Cara's decision to enter into the Real Estate Market so many years ago when Taylor was just a little toddler.
