I am honored to follow my son's footsteps in joining the #1 Real Estate brokerage in the world, Keller Williams. How is that for flipping things? After a successful career in selling computer IT solutions and later Search, I was challenged to come on-board as an Inside Sales Manager which I found very exciting. After we were ranked Q1 2020 #1 KW Producer Norcal/Hawaii and finished well that tough year I knew it was time to fly the nest. I started Keller Williams Phoenix Northeast Realty. I was filled with a sense of pride and astonishment that I was introduced to so many effective tools and techniques by the kid. In the area of Buyer Services our skill set was to analyze the client's needs and wants in order to target the best on and off-market properties. In partnering with Sellers we know two things, actually three things: More money is better, faster is better and fewer issues is definitely better. We understand clients want to get on to the step in their lives in a timely manner and extra proceeds are a good thing. I have received my greatest satisfaction when I have helped a family feel confident in the decisions they have made about real estate. I am a proud father of four and grandfather of five who reside in Northern California. It is probably no surprise that I get invaded every Winter and Spring. While I spent most of my professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have been visiting the Valley of the Sun since 1997 and made it permanent in 2017. I love Mesa because of its proximity to the lakes and river and Spring Ball. When the A's and SF Giants play it is like being a parent with children on opposing teams. I favor a good hike, rodeo or riding a horse in the beautiful Sonoran Desert to have a lot of pool time. Arizona is in the West and it's hard to stand still.
