Brandon Switzer

Brandon is a member of Arizona Real Estate Investment Association and the National Association of REALTORS. He specializes in owner occupant and income properties. He enjoys educating buyers/sellers on ways to achieve their real estate dreams and has lots of recent success acquiring homes for buyers that other agents have given up on. He is a firm believer that quality marketing can increase the price range a home sells within and he uses professional photography/lighting while offering custom advertised websites for his clients' homes. Part of Wall Street Journal's Top 50 Real Estate Team, Brandon brings a low-pressure charisma that buyers and sellers love to work with. Brandon graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Graphic Technologist at Arizona State University's Polytechnic campus in Mesa and holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's in Business Administration. Brandon is originally from Sierra Vista and has lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. He lives in Gilbert and owns in Chandler too, loves home projects, and outdoor activities including: trail running, hiking, mountain biking, hot-air ballooning, baseball and camping. He loves to visit some of the great places in the state like: Flagstaff, Colorado River, Havasu, Saguaro Lake, or any of the lakes. Just ask him about his motorcycle trips!
